Return PolicyVINYL RETURNSAll sales on vinyl are FINAL. Warped records CANNOT BE RETURNED for any reason. Sometimes records come with a slight warp due to distributor storage or imperfect pressing. This is not unusual. Do not attempt to fix the slight warp by sticking it in between two pieces of glass and put something heavy on top technique or using a hairdryer despite hearing those myths. ALL OTHER RETURNSAll sales are final and no refunds will be issued, however, we will accept returns on defective merchandise postmarked within 14 days of invoice date. Your defective merchandise will be replaced and shipped to you at no extra charge, however, you will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item. Please notify us of any incorrect orders via the contact form. Returns will be accepted at the discretion of Fader Online. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS A return authorization is an identifying number that allows us to track your return. The format of a return authorization is FR-XXXXXX where ‘X’ is a unique number. To request a return authorization, please contact our staff via the contact form and choose “Request return authorization” in the drop down menu. Returns made without prior authorization will be refused. In this case, we will not pay for the item to be shipped back to you.
