ORDERS

How do I place an order?


Fader Online is an Internet retailer and you'll be able to place your order online in similarity to many other websites. When you find an item you want by browsing or using our search engine, click the ad to cart link and adjust the quantity if you would like to purchase more than the default of one. You can check what’s in your “Cart” at any time by clicking on the “Cart Link” in the upper right hand corner of the store pages. Returning customers may login to their account at any time to check the status of orders or for the convenience of having their customer information such as mailing address ready. Note that registering on our site is a service we provide for your convenience and not a requirement to make a purchase on Fader Online.

After you're ready to make your purchase, click on the “Checkout" link in the cart page. This will show you everything you've selected and allow you to update the quantities. Make sure to use the "Update Cart" button after you've made your changes to ensure you have the correct subtotal.


What is your order turn around time?


We process and ship orders in the order they are received. We usually process within 2 days; however, this processing window does not take into account holidays, weekends or backordered items. Transit times and tracking information are dependent on shipping method. For more details on our shipping options, please read our shipping and returns policy at faderonline.com/shipping . Your order may take longer if an item is backordered, in which case we will notify you.


Do you ship internationally?


Yes. We are located in Southern California, USA and there will be a higher shipping cost for delivery to your country and a possible delay to obtain authorization of payment if using a credit card. We do not include any customs or duties taxes; however, you might be responsible for those once your package is delivered. Check with your country's postal office to determine these taxes. If your country is not listed in our shipping address drop down menu, please contact us to complete your order.


What are your shipping options?


We offer several UPS options and Priority Mail USPS to the United States. Non-Day definite services have an ESTIMATED transit time, however they can take longer than the estimated times. All estimates are given in business days meaning that weekend and holidays do not count. We will provide you with a UPS tracking number via email when your order has been shipped.

Day definite services (United States):
* USPS Priority Mail
* UPS Ground (2-5 days. Fast to the west coast / Slowest to the east coast.)
* UPS Second Day Air
* UPS Next Day Air

For International shipping, we utilize the International services of the USPS (United States Postal Service). The USPS provides the most cost effective shipping solution, however it is not the fastest. Express Mail International service we will provide a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

International shipping offered:
* Express Mail International(EMS)
* Priority Mail International

Quotes are calculated directly from the UPS and USPS servers API.

Note: If you choose to use Priority Mail International, we will not be held liable for any loss or damages, as with this service there is no tracking or insurance provided.


What taxes do I have to pay?


If you are a California resident you will have state sales tax added to your order. This is not applicable to other states which will not have sales tax added. For International orders, we do not add any taxes; however, you will be responsible for duties and customs taxes that your country imposes.


I'm missing items or received the wrong product. What do I do?


Please refer to our return policy and contact us so we can resolve the problem.


How can I change or cancel an order?


Please contact us ASAP. We can cancel or modify your order at anytime as long as your order has NOT YET been processed or shipped. As stated in our return policy, all sales are final.


How can I check on the status of my order?


If you have registered on our site, you can login at any time by clicking on the “Login” link in the upper right hand corner of the store page to check the status of your orders. (You can also click on "My account" once you have logged on) Click on the “Click here to view your order history” link (pretty self explanatory, right?) to see a summary of your orders and the status.

What type of payments do you accept?


Currently we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.


What is the CVV/CVV2 security code on my credit card?


On your Mastercard or Visa, its the 3 digit number printed on the back of your credit card after your account number usually printed where your signature is. For American Express, its the 4 digit number printed on the front above your credit card number. We use this as an extra security measure to verify that you are the real cardholder.


What do you mean my credit card was declined?


If we attempt to process your credit card and its declined don't blame us blame the bank. Contact us if you feel your card is being declined incorrectly to complete you order.

Is your website secure?


Yes. We use a 128 bit SSL certificate to encrypt your connection when transmitting any of your details to our server. We do not store credit card information once your payment has been received.


How do I report a bug or a problem with the site?


Please visit our contact page and select “Problem With Website” from the drop down menu before submitting.


How can I listen to the audio samples?


If you’re asking this question you probably don’t have Flash installed. We use an embedded flash player for our audio samples since most people have flash installed already.
